ABOUT REALTY TEMPLATES:
Realty Templates was designed by the company iDesign, which is a freelance graphic design service. These templates were designed especially for real estate agents to make you look professional and well organized. Real Estate Agents are very busy with the day to day duties of consulting customers, writing offers, being the middle-man for mortgage companies and title companies, keeping their sellers happy, getting their listings in the local MLS and much more. They don’t always have enough time to sit down and design excellent flyers, brochures, business cards and marketing materials to keep their business growing. Effective marketing is what will keep your business alive and growing. Marketing is your future, let us help!
Realty Templates offers a wide variety of templates for your marketing needs. If you don’t see a template that might fit your style send an email to iDesign@cfl.rr.com with your special request. A custom design costs no more than a template that is already offered. We just ask for the right to post your design on our website for other agencies to download if we see fit.
If you have trouble editing the templates we have to offer or you just don’t have the time or patience send your copy and photos to us. We’ll put the marketing piece together for you at a small fee of $10. If you have any trouble editing/cropping your photos for photo boxes in our templates, simply send us your photo and we’ll adjust it for free! All inquiries go to: iDesign@cfl.rr.com.
CHECKING OUT / PURCHASING AN ITEM:
We are currently using Paypal for the purchasing check out process. You do NOT need a Paypal account in order to check out. When you get to the Paypal screen just click "pay with credit card" where the credit card icons are in the left hand column. Check out is with our parent company iDesign. Once payment has been made you will receive a confirmation email from RealtyTemplates.net with a link to download your purchase. If you don't get this email let us know and we'll send you the file: iDesign@cfl.rr.com.
RETURN POLICY:
We apologize we can not except returns, since these are electronic files. We want our customers to be satisfied so let us know if you have any issues. If you are not happy with the template you’ve purchased we can send you a different template or customize the one you have.
ABOUT THE OWNER:
iDesign is a freelance graphic design company focusing on real estate advertising. Jessica Cognitore, owner and operator has been in the graphic design business since 2002. She has worked for several graphic design and real estate related firms enhancing her knowledge of marketing and the real estate industry.
Her knowledge of the real estate industry comes from her work as an administrative assistant and a marketing manager in both New England and the South. Although each office and brand has different rules of operation the concept is the same. She has worked for graphic design studios, newspapers, magazines and marketing agencies all enhancing her knowledge in real estate advertising.
Her Realty Templates come from superior graphic design experience and the needs of agents she has met along the way. Each template comes from inspiration of ads currently in the media or a special requests of a real estate agent.
Jessica feels that sharing her talents with real estate agents is a good deed. “It is such a great feeling knowing that I have helped someone grow their assets, especially in a tough market.”
